I made this skin because my eyes just hurt when seeing the Indigo. I tried other skins too till finally I decided to make one of my own. Hope you like it ;)

For those BMP files that you have no idea, My only guess is that the skin can be used else where, online or other programs, hence why putting it in 'Shared' rather then 'Messenger'

Q. How do I change the .rgn files to alter the borders?

old secret... many know now. Just delete the .rgn file and make the border how you want. Yahoo will then create a matching .rgn to your border.

a .rgn file is a regional file. It defines the shape and transparency allowed of the border it is assigned to.
